At Mechanical Models, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion pieces. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
